Recommended DosageThe recommended dosage of this product is 150 mg, taken once daily, orally, which can be taken with or without food, until disease progression occurs or intolerable toxicity develops.Patients should be instructed to swallow the tablets whole.Patients should be advised to take this product at the same time each day.Patients should be informed that if they miss a regular dosing time, they can make up the dose within 8 hours.Patients should be advised that if vomiting occurs after taking the medication, they do not need to make up the dose for that day, and should continue taking the medication at the regular time on the following day and thereafter.

Due to various clinical trials being conducted under different conditions, it is not possible to directly compare the incidence of adverse reactions observed in clinical trials of two different drugs, and the incidence of adverse reactions in clinical trials cannot reflect the incidence in clinical practice.
