Mainly used to treat small cell lung cancer, malignant lymphoma, malignant germ cell tumor, leukemia, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.
Ingredients The main ingredient is etoposide, and the excipients are polyethylene glycol 400, benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 80, citric acid, and anhydrous ethanol.
Properties This product is a colorless to light yellow clear liquid.
Indications
Mainly used to treat small cell lung cancer, malignant lymphoma, malignant germ cell tumor, leukemia, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.
Specifications 5ml:0.1g
Intravenous drip. Dilute the required amount of this product with sodium chloride injection, the concentration per milliliter should not exceed 0.25mg, and the intravenous drip time should be no less than 30 minutes. Solid tumors: 60-100mg/m2 per day for 3 to 5 consecutive days, and repeat the medication every 3 to 4 weeks. Leukemia: 60-100mg/m2 per day for 5 consecutive days, and repeat the medication at regular intervals according to the blood picture. Common dosage for children: intravenous drip per day according to body surface area 100-150mg/m2, for 3 to 4 consecutive days.
Contraindications
Bone marrow suppression, white blood cell and platelet deficiency are contraindicated.
Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction is contraindicated.
This product contains benzyl alcohol and is prohibited for intramuscular injection in children.
